This approved 40-hour insurance pre-licensing course is offered as an online course. Insurance regulations require that before anyone may be issued an insurance producer's license in South Carolina, they must complete 40 hours of pre-licensing education or its equivalent. This course is like having your own private tutor available to answer questions or clarify any information in the book, and you do it on your own schedule. (You have 60 days to complete this course.)
