Bank tellers provide their customers with service and expertise when dealing with a multitude of financial transactions.  Students in this program learn about the role of the teller in the business of banking; how to handle checks and process transactions; how to handle cash and balance at the end of the day; how to provide excellent customer service; banking regulations and much more.

To earn this certificate, students must successfully complete the following courses within a one-year period.  Courses should be taken in the order listed below.

Banking Today – 6 hrs.
Understanding Bank Products – 3 hrs.
Developing Basic Teller Skills – 30 hrs.
Business Etiquette – 3 hrs.
