Customer Relations is an exciting and fast growing field in today's workforce. Often the first point of contact with current and future customers, the Customer Relations Specialist plays a critical role in the company's success. Most companies recognize the importance of trained customer relations staff and agree that this job has an enormous impact on customers' satisfaction and loyalty.
The Customer Relations Certificate is designed for a broad range of participants, including individuals who seek entry into the customer service field or are seeking a career change. The certificate provides a well-rounded foundation in customer relations, with courses including customer service, telephone skills, communication skills, professionalism, time management, and business writing.
The six-week program includes 36 hours of training. Courses are delivered in 3-hour modules twice a week for six weeks. Modules include:

Completion of the Customer Relations Certificate shows employers that you have acquired the essential skills and knowledge to provide confident and professional customer service.
The fee for the Customer Service Certificate (public course) is $379 per person.
