.NET Development Certificate
Although computers appear to be amazingly intelligent machines, they cannot yet think on their own. Computers still rely on human beings to give them directions. The directions are called programs, and the people who write the programs are called programmers. This certificate program is designed for new programmers interested in developing Windows- and Web-based applications using the .NET technologies.
