In
the previous courses, Project Introduction and Intermediate, students used
Microsoft Project to create and implement a project plan that included tasks,
resources, costs, calendars, views, and the critical path. This course will build upon those skills by
finalizing the project plan once it has been entered. Students will learn about Project Baselines, Project Tracking,
Finalizing a Project, Project Customization, and Project Tools like Multiple
Projects and Resource Pools, Importing & Exporting Data and Working with
Graphics and Web Pages. This is a
two-day class. Prerequisite: Project
Management Course, Project Management Experience, or Project, Introduction & Intermediate courses.
