Project 2003, Advanced

In the previous courses, Project Introduction and Intermediate, students used Microsoft Project to create and implement a project plan that included tasks, resources, costs, calendars, views, and the critical path.  This course will build upon those skills by finalizing the project plan once it has been entered.   Students will learn about Project Baselines, Project Tracking, Finalizing a Project, Project Customization, and Project Tools like Multiple Projects and Resource Pools, Importing & Exporting Data and Working with Graphics and Web Pages.  This is a two-day class.  Prerequisite:  Project Management Course, Project Management Experience, or Project, Introduction & Intermediate courses.
