Description:           This course presents basic Windows XP concepts for the novice PC user and provides a solid foundation on which to build more advanced skills.  The lessons include topics such as working with the Desktop, taskbar and Start menu, and manipulating windows, views and toolbars.  In addition, the course covers file management tools:  My Computer and Explorer.  Also included are using accessories and the on-line help.

 

Objective:               Students will become familiar with the basic features and capabilities of Windows XP Professional. Valuable hands-on experience will enhance the learning process.
