Public Safety Telecommunicator (911 Dispatch)
Public Safety Telecommunicators are responsible for receiving calls from the public and determining which service, if any, is warranted and which public safety department should be notified. Critical thinking skills are a must for this position as well as excellent verbal and written skills.
